The Kipahulu ‘Ohana is a grassroots Hawaiian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the cultural sustainability of the Kipahulu moku in East Maui, Hawai‘i through educational programs which incorporate local, national and international partnerships and projects.

Laulima Farm is a 13-acre family farm in the Kipahulu Valley on Maui.  Using organic practices since the beginning and continually evolving to include more sustainable and ecologically sound practices on the land.

Hana Farms is a small 7-acre farm in the Ke'eleku agricultural district of Hana on the island of Maui in the state of Hawaii.

ONO Organic Farms of Maui, Hawaii is a family-owned and operated, certified organic, hand-picked, tropical fruit, coffee and cacao farm located along the world-famous "Road to Hana", on the southeastern slopes of Haleakala volcano, on the Hawaiian island of Maui.

The ABS was formed in 1979 and today has over 700 members living throughout the U.S. and in 37 other countries. The ABS issues a bimonthly Magazine and the Journal to disseminate information about the use, care, propagation and beauty of bamboo.  Hawai'i Chapter

This site was born of a love of bamboo. Those of us that have experienced the solemn and relaxing sound of wind in bamboo leaves, will always hold a place in our lives for these magnificent and useful plants.
